• Tokens purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Refunds for unused tokens may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for completed sessions are provided only if services were not delivered as described.

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the tokens used to book the session.

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
